Gentlemen,
Time for serious works. The Natioanal PBT is intending to formulate a NGL which will be become a by-law to govern all the BHs in all the states in uniformity. The Natioal PBT has issued instruction silmousteneously to all the states last month for them to conduct respective state meeting to make recommendations and sent back to National PBT asap. On 17.02.09, Kedah was the 1st to have conducted its state meeting with full Excos turned out. Luckily, our MB and all Excos are very supportive and they viewed the recommended draft from PBT national as very stringent and inappropriate and thus not accepted by Kedah. Instruction was given by the MB to the Pengarah Perancang to make new more friendy and practical proposals to help the local industry for win-win. I am requested and tasked by the authority to help out.
I am requested to submit our BH owner proposal by next weekend, I think I am overworked with too many fronts to tackle concurrently lately. I am feeling very tired. I need all of u to help me to give me inputs asap. Please make possitive, logic and viable recommendations. Don't try to suggest such as NO MORE NEW BH IN TOWN, as Malaysia don't practice MONOPOLY. Be very reasonable and yet win=win. No personal hidden agenda, please.
Kedah is the 1st, therefore whatever it passes through will be bench mark for other states. The Kedah MB and Excos want to do up a painless GL as a model for other states as well. . Please remember, this painless is not only for the BH owners but also painless for all.
